The problem with using "localhost" that occurs when in offline mode
should be fixed with the fix from bug 1140284 (inbound just now). If
someone still suffers from this problem even after using that fix, I
would like to know how to repeat it!

(almost similar but different than this one), reported 3 years ago
(!!!).
