I'm experiencing the same issue on Ubuntu 24.04.01 LTS. The temporary
and permanent fixes from the entry don't work because they don't display
the LUKS password field. Is there an official fix available?

I am facing exactly the same issue. I have tried using 2-3 headphones
(having inbuilt microphone as wel), but the OS is not recognizing any,
as if the headphone jack is broken/faulty. These headpones are working
well on another PC (Dell) though.

I see it every time Thunderbird starts up. Sometimes it continues after
TB starts up as well.
It was a problem with TB 6.0 and continues to be a problem with TB 7.0.
