I also facing the same problem. Downloaded 18.04.1 LTS (Jan 6, 2019) Codename : Bionic It happen when I tried to change taskbar layout from default (at left side) to bottom. Yes, I tried to put the taskbar at bottom then it crashed. I cannot click "Setting" icon, or click "change background" from
