When restarting after a system update, reboot hangs when eth-0 can't
locate an active internet signal. I have comcast and their service drops
out randomly about every twenty-thirty minutes. If I reboot while the
web is down, reboot hangs as it tries to connect to the web inste

This bug still exist in Nautilus in 12.10 beta 2 and in 12.04.1 LTS.
Specific behavior occurs when changing from a directory with many
folders to one with four or less. Also affects navigation in home
folders, file system tree, and external volumes.

As you can see, after i click on downloads, the files all get squished
into a right hand pane that is the same width as the icons. It does this
every time without fail. I tried reinstalling but it still happens out
of the box. it also happens on my Asus EEE 100he net book and on my
wife's macbook p
Here is a before screen shot with both panes the same size. Clicking on
a directory in home triggers this bug consistently for me. Here I will
click on Downloads.

Open a nautilus window, press F3 to open and extra pane, either new pane
will be squished or if you click on a file in one pain the other pane
will be squished to one icon wide (really annoying if you have lots of
files or in are comparing properties in list mod). This is new
Forgot to mention this is likely upstream to Gnome or Nautilus because
it happens in Unity 3d, Unity 2d, Gnome 3, and Gnome classic.
