I am not able to reproduce this bug on other Ubuntu installed PC.
It seems like this issue is not related to gnome-screensaver. Because I
have a weird problem when I type in.
When *Caps Lock is ON*, it types Capital Letters. Also if I *press Shift
keeping Caps Lock ON*, it still types capita
Unfortunately I cannot help on this because I longer have the printer
nor the PC involved.

I have hplip and cups on a "server" machine sharing a USB printer over LAN.
OBSERVED:
If the printer is off / and a remote machine sends a print request, CUPS/HPlip
will accept the request and silently stop the printer. Even if the printer is
subsequently turned on,

is a dead black screen with nothing on it if I press that
key combo.
Don't know how to extract the xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log files anymore
without reinstalling Ubuntu. Any ideas what's the next thing to be done?

I should add that the gpu-manager attached above is actually from the
second reboot I tried once the first one failed. xorg.conf was already
rewritten in the first reboot attempt.

Hi All
I have an AMD APU system with two graphics cards - one integrated and
one stand alone (RADEON HD 6550 & 6670). I have been having the same
problem as described above, every time I install the driver from AMD's
website generating a new xorg.conf, rebooting removes it and the system
goes into
It also has something to do with firefox.
Chrome do not use this much CPU.
