The video player workaround works with mpv, too, but apparently I have
to move the cursor over the player window. Just starting and immediately
stopping mpv was not enough. My mpv configuration uses OpenGL/VAAPI
output.

gnome-keyring was committed. I haven't encountered any problems so far.
