Terminal lists non exist

I have only one folder on my desktop. When I used "cd Desktop" and "ls"
commands, in stead of one folderm, it listed so many non existent files

I tried to install Bazaar Explorer and its installed correctly. But i wanna run
it or upgrade any other program i couldnt.
There are some package dependency for bazaar. And when i went on installing
