Public bug reported: Using default Ubuntu ppd a ~1cm margin is added to the top of every page. Fixed by installing latest hplip from HP ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 14.04 Package: hplip 3.14.3-0ubuntu3.2 [modified: usr/lib/cups/backend/hp usr/lib/cups/filter/hpps usr/lib/cups/filter/p
