when I open Cypress from within a terminal inside JetBrains PhpStorm - the
chrome windows opened by that are co-located with the PhpStorm 'pips'.

I have tested 2.3.6-0ubuntu2~20.04.0 on ubuntu.exe with ubuntu 20.04,
18.04 and 16.04 installed alongside (ubuntu2004.exe, ubuntu1804.exe,
ubuntu1604.exe). As the screenshot shown, the problem of wrong basename
is now solved.
