sorry, can't test it anymore. My system was upgraded from 14.04 to 15.04
and graphic card Nvidia GTX 260 died, now I have Radeon X1950 PRO.
I don't have any problems after upgrade to 15.04 and with new graphic
card.

Fix was found, but it is in newer version of kernel (3.19-rc2 or rc3) than is
available in Ubuntu 14.04LTS (3.13.0-43)
So it is up to Ubuntu team if this fix gets into 14.04LTS (I hope
