New feature in 19.04 is not working on my system.
As I understand, I should be able to right-click a file/folder and select star.
That option is not available though 'Starred' is now a location in places. This
option is missing under both Wayland and X.

I find this problem is usually triggered by something I do in LibreOffice.
Using LO 5.0.1
Ubuntu 15.04-64bit
Intel i5 CPU M 520
LO content not affected (picture attached)
Chrome content not affected (but title bar is)
Firefox, Gedit, Files are all affected.

computer, I can't even get it to display the message count.)
