I tried both release and proposed versions of libgl1-mesa-dri
(10.1.3-0ubuntu0.1 and 10.1.3-0ubuntu0.2). They both produce the same
error as shown below:
$ LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose glxinfo
name of display: :0
libGL: screen 0 does not appear to be DRI3 capable
