Public bug reported:
One issue I have is being unable to display my screen on a tv through
hdmi port despite ensuring all settings on both devices is proper.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 20.04
Package: gnome-shell 3.36.9-0ubuntu0.20.04.2
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.11.0-41.45~20.04.1
Correction: I have the same display issue, but WiFi IS working on Dell
Precision 5520, Unbuntu 20.04.
My apologies, there was an unrelated DHCP issue, but this display
problem got me going down the wrong path to fix it.

Sorry now I could only trigger bug that both extract method(open then
extract and 'Extract Here') did something wrong to filename. Attachment
is a sample zip file. `unar` will guess the right filename encoding.

I'm glad to see that open a zip file and extract, file-roller could detect

I figured out an easy way to resolve this when it happens.
I had my laptop's touchpad disabled in the BIOS (since I would often
accidentally hit the touchpad while typing). I re-enabled the
touchpad in the BIOS, and now when things get into the state described
