Public bug reported: When a window is maximized, there appears a 1-pixel column of white pixels on the very left edge of the screen. These go away if the maximized application draws over them, but reappear if the window is unmaximized and maximized again, or if focus is switched to another window

Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: 1. Drag an unmaximized window partially off the bottom of the screen. 2. Mouse over the "Window List" applet. Expected behavior: Nothing should happen. Actual behavior: The window snaps up to the bottom of the screen. Furthermore: 3. Drag the window such
