Volume control works fine down to ~20% thereafter no control over volume
until sound is muted.
Edited /etc/pulse/default.pa
load-module module-udev-detect line to
load-module module-udev-detect ignore_dB=1
volume controls now work down to wh
not sure why it's not working here - to be honest I'm not too worried
now I'm looking at 14.10

That wiki makes no sense if you don't use gnome.
I've added the necessary files to the bug. Though I didn't get any
further previously than trying to print a test page when installing.

Add printer dialogue recommended a different printer. Same printer was
recognised as 1510 (and works) correctly in 14.04
Appears to install correctly - appears to print - print queue empties -
nothing prints.
