[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1012500] [NEW] Firefox 13 is not showing css well

Public bug reported: I'm using qtip2 library to show tooltips and firefox 13 is not showing the css as it's made. In chrome and previous firefox releases qtip2 tooltips are shown well. You can take the ui-tooltip-bootstrap qtip2 tooltip style class to make some tests and see what i'm saying. I'
