I'm not 100% sure on this, but this might not be very easy to patch. If
I remember correctly, icon sizes are read just once and never again. I
think simply changing the constant would work for *new* icons, but
wouldn't auto-resize the ones already rendered.

I'm not entirely sure this should be forwarded to upstream. This seems
to be caused by NotifyOSD bubbles not supporting actions. Shouldn't
NotifyOSD fall back to an alert box in this case?
