I just did a install of Lubuntu 20.04 (2020-04-22 ISO) where I used
manual partitioning, and replaced a prior SDA3 install of focal (I'm
guessing last performed before wallpapers were added) with the newer
install.
I opted to not-format the partition, and the install looks great,

instead of the expected behaviour (opening the local HTML help in a

here to confirm the problem, but I suppose this might have to do with
chromium not enabling hardware-accelerated video decoding on linux. Can
you by any chance test this with the Chrome deb package

Still seems to be the same.
I booted from a Manjaro USB Pendrive.
The sounds works then on all devices.
Back in Kubuntu 20.04 only normal speakers works and Bluetooth HEadsets.
Any audio via my Headphone
I reproduced it without extensions, the cause that triggers the bug seems to be
the "gnome-screenshot" tool.
It is easy to readjust.
I created a video on how to reproduce the bug.

FYI I got reports this might now also affect ppc64 and amd64.
For ppc64 the confirmation is in that -O0 build fixes it.

On Eoan, I was able to trigger a freeze when trying to set the
DisplayLink output as the only output. I have proposed a fix for that in
