That is indeed interesting that Ubuntu 19.04 does not have this
problem. I have just install the latest build of Kubuntu 19.04 into
another partition of my HP Spectre x360 15-ch004ng which has a 1TB SSD.
I tested the video after all the latest LibreOffice updates and it still

On my desktop this bug appears to have two causes, and undoing either
one fixes it:
* mutter 3.32.0-1ubuntu1
Solution: Downgrade to mutter-3.32.0-1
* nvidia-drm.modeset=1 kernel parameter

fullscreen? Which libreoffice application do you run, how do you request
fullscreen?

chromium-browser requires a newer version of libnss3 than what was
initially installed. This is not a bug in chromium or libnss itself. A
half-updated system is in an inconstistent state, and will result in
undefined behaviours like this crash.
