funnily enough, the bug is actually fixed, all what is needed is
actually network-manager-openvpn-gnome (I tested it on version
1.1.93-1ubuntu1.1 in 16.04.2) installed and then the network settings
configuration gui restarted so the new VPN shows up as openvpn, after
that importing the configuratio
Same problem on 14.04.1 Linux Mint Qiana - new keys need some minutes
before they appear in they right window pane. Found, that also with "gpg
- list-key" and "gpg2 - list-keys" it takes some time showing new keys.

"Fix Released" status is incorrect.
This is not fixed upstream but still requires action by the package
maintainer.
As others have pointed out, the only way to fix this problem for GIMP
2.8 is to build it against GECL 0.2 as is done upstream rather than the
Ubuntu-special build against GECL 0.3.
