Slow Keys are enabled after such type of Shift pressing.
Accessibility and Show Keys are denied in my system, but because of bugs in
some desktop environments (such as xfce4), these settings
I don't know why the configuration provided by fonts-droid package makes
fontconfig match UMing first as "Droid Sans Fallback". That is so weird.
Howver, removing fonts-droid eliminates the problem succesefully.

I went to Upgrade to Default Ubuntu Nvidia drivers and got an error tested this
on 3.13.0-32 kernel and it worked fine but goin to

If I log out and then back in again I can setup wifi without a problem.

TEST CASE:
1. On a device in English, go to "System Settings/Language & Text/Display
Language"
2. Scroll down the list and select another language i.e "Français (France)"
3. Tap "Confirm"
A permanent workaround: Install unity-tweak-tool and disable window
spread feature. This will prevent Unity from showing open windows when
clicking on a launcher icon and preventing you from accidentially
crashing your desktop environment.

I just want to emphasize that this is a bug with Unity. I have not used
Unity Tweak Tool before this bug appeared. It started right after a
fresh install on my new desktop system. I do not see this bug on any of
my laptops.
I'd be happy to do anything necessary to solve this annoying bug.
