selector-zh.conf was dropped before the release of the latest LTS Ubuntu

I dont think the apparmor rule change applies. It looks like the profile
is disabled by default.
root@adesk:~# aa-disable usr.lib.telepathy
Disabling /etc/apparmor.d/usr.lib.telepathy.
/sbin/apparmor_parser: Unable to remove "/usr/lib/telepathy/mission-control-5".
Profile doesn't exist
0.8-0ubuntu2.2 in Quantal fixed this for me too :-)
