Fix-test-for-rotation.patch
This patch fixes the bug, which stems from the wrong assumption
that rotation can be detected by testing (matrix.xy == 0 && matrix.yx == 0)
only.
Defined LOG_CAIRO in CairoOutputDev.cc and checked the output to

In my configuration (IMAP to exchange 2010), disabling the option "Show
only subscribed folders" in the account parameters "Receiving options"
tab solved this issue.

I have noticed that Rhythmbox when compared to Banshee is far worse at
fetching the cover art. All of my music is properly tagged, and many of
the same albums that had album art sourced in Banshee have problems in
Rhythmbox. I get album art for some albums, but not many.
