Yes to both. I probably need to just email the savannah sysadmins and
have them fix the broken connection

Earlier today, I removed the SGML version of the DejaGnu
documentation. Now I know which files to edit! :-)
This patch cleans up the organisation of the doc directory. As a
progression from my earlier patch, it further flattens the Makefile
structure. There is now just a single Makefile.am at
