It seems that this package is not really distributable, due to lacking
copyright notices. I've contacted upstream, and they are not interested
in fixing, as there are now better ways to split wavfiles.

n why I backed away
from my interest in packaging it is because it's distributed as a
prebuilt binary by the author. The source is not posted on the
Sourceforge website, last I checked.

Version 1.5.1 had redistribution problems because a file was licensed
under PHP 3.0, Daniel Convissor fixed this in version 1.5.2 of XML_RPC,
so it should be fully re-distributable now.
