I pushed some basic Debian packaging to https://salsa.debian.org/jbicha/gnome-tour I don't think it is worth publishing in Debian. The app appears very simple: it is just 7 "slides" (like in a PowerPoint presentation). It has the ability to show a welcome video but that isn't provided by default
