Apropos that, could you please move svnadmin to the same package that
contains svn? Having to install apache to create a local repository is
a PITA.

Client and local repository working. That means you can check out and work
with sources from subversion repositories already set up on the internet, and
you can create your own repository that you will only be able to access
locally. Apache module that allows for web access to your own repos
