No, unfortunately not yet. enblend requires some modifications that did not
make it into the official vigra release yet.

he is going to release an updated version of enblend soon. The new version
will use vigra 1.4 which is subject to a license identical to the MIT X11
license (which is GPL and DFSG compatible). Thus any license issues
