Bug#156276: ITP: emboss

I have emboss packaged now, however, I am doubtful over the java parts of emboss -- and am almost certain that it doesnt compile with the java policy. As soon as I sort this out (or dissable the java part), I will prepare an upload. -- >dopey!debian.org
