over. If I don't hear anything in a week, I'll go ahead and remove it

I'm orphaning php-clamav for two reasons:
1) It's been rather superseeded by php-clamavlib
2) Upstream seems to have gone a little dead
I'm not convinced that it should be in the archive, and so I'll request
it's removal in a week, unless anyone objects (
I've been asked to wait before pacgaing this, as upstream are moving to
an svn repository, and are going to release a new version soon.

any more, and don't have the time to maintain it. hawhaw-doc is quite
hard to produce from upstream, but this should be easier from version
6.0
