mldonkey is now 99% GPL. Only one file remaining thats QPL
(gpattern/gpattern.ml).
If theres a rainy day and the moon is full I will rewrite that from scratch to
get rid of it. Patches welcome.

a lot of rumbling has been going on here and on the mldonkey list so I
though I would summarise the current state:
1. mldonkey supports several P2P protocols, all but the edonkey one
are free.
2. The edonkey protocol binaries have been removed from savanagh. They
