Hi, as I reported in the ITP bug for r-cran-rmarkdown[1] the original source contains parts without licensing statement. This conflicts with DFSG. I wonder whether this is permitted on CRAN. The only clue I would have is to restrict the functionality of the package. The r-cran-rmarkdown package
