Hi OmegaPhil, Starting with version 1.2, antimicro started emulating mouse wheel movement on a button press instead of performing a single notch. The default mouse wheel speed of 20 is more meant for web browser usage. I typically use a wheel speed of 5 for all of the game profiles that I create.
