AFAIK the convention is as you described it. Maybe this should be
clarified more in the Perl policy.

Do we have a convention on that? I noticed that policy says that
Foo::Bar should be libfoo-bar-perl, but it doesn't really include an
example of a multiword module like Foo::BarBaz.
