the valid icmp stuff.
Anyways, isn't ICMP also used to calculate optimal packet size, etc?
Been awhile since I've done networking, but I know that ICMP is used for

until the switch to versioned Perl packages is complete, but if you
really need the machine available, I'd wait until the freeze comes.
Take a look at recent messages on -devel regarding Perl problems and
the possibility of a freeze on the horizon.

for 2.0.34? Apparently, there have been many changes since 2.0.33 and it
doesn't seem to work properly for me anymore.

My understanding of this was that SMP was a logical flag which, when set
to 1, would automatically handle any number of processors up to 16 or so.
Perhaps 16 is going a bit far but it works fine with 2.

here are the erros I get when I am compiling my
kernel.

then it stops and the zImage is not
