plugin directory; when I look at the plugin info page of mozilla the

Matt, when you get to the lilo prompt, type "linux single" this will get you
into maintenance mode. (kind of lke safe mode in windows). Then type
"cfdisk" look for which partition says "linux" and look at the device
"/dev/...". Then quit that, edit "/etc/lilo.conf" and look for the line
"root=..."

Im trying to make a profile for firefox-esr.
I used aa-genprof to create it and then aa-logprof to update it.
I also use apparmor-notify to get error messages.

With debian there are several ways to handle installing packages, and
neither of them are like windows by double clicking on them. There may be
gui tool that does this but I am not sure. You

auto-mounted on my machine. However, access to them is extremely slow.
I assume they are running on USB 1 mode or something like that. Is

X starting. I have to "sudo reboot", wait for the system to reboot and
then I get the correct X environment (I'm using awesome window manager
but I also have kde installed).

My synaptics touchpad is working even though it's not in xorg.conf.
The only input devices there are the keyboard and the mouse. How can I
disable it? I tried adding it, restarting xorg and then use synclient
to disable it but it looks like the Synaptics section in xorg.conf is

Is there some listing of all the mouse options that can be specified
in xorg.conf in lenny? For example, acceleration and threshold
options, but also deceleration, resolution, sensitivity... Some of the
options I find on the web don't seem to work.

alsa does not seem _required_ (it may work) but I seem to recall
sound did not work with the standard kernel.
