Same issue from my side.
A bug report is already ongoing with XFCE [1].
There seems to be some API issues according to Debian BTS [2].

I have 2 computers running Debian/xfce4, and the WR widget says "? No Data" on
both of them.
I've set it to several locations, and WR

at reporting stuff unless I can't find a work around. In this case mate and
recently cinnamon are doing well. Both are gnome forks, but use fewer
resources, and allow more freedom of choice about how they appear on screen.
