use the glide drivers from linux.3dfx.com but thats all use X from debian reinstall XF86Setup from debian not 3dfx it should work (works for me on multiple machines) i'll be setting up 12 more linux boxes with 3dfx voodoo3 3000 PCI tomorrow so if i encounter anything else i'll let u
