I'm getting the infamous "Can't access tty; job control turned off"
message when I try to invoke the ash shell during my initial bootup.
My kernel is 2.6.21.1 and I'm using busybox 1.5.0. I understand that ash

I've just installed hamm. And recently descovered a little
problem with ttys and remote unix.
Default terminal setting is xterm-debian which is non present
on our Sun Ultra server at university. When I telnet on it, I
set TERM to xterm and try to stty erase .
But nothing changes. I continue
