This is somewhat embarassing, but I was replacing one of my hard drives
with a larger one this morning, so I backed up everything to my
SCSI DAT drive with "tar cvf /dev/nst0 /fleminga".
When the new drive was in, a meant to restore the files (tar xvf), but
I typed "tar cvf /dev/nst0 /fleminga/*"
