I'm looking for a command line tool which could accept a word and return all
legal hyphenation points. I know, that this could be done with TeX, but parsing
it's output is difficult. Is there any program which can do this? Or might
there be a library which could be used?

Now, I set Settings->Spellchecker
- Dictionary: Russian
- Encoding: KOI8-r
- Client: International Ispell
but when I run Edit->Spelling
the suggestions come in as question marks (??)
