problems installing Slink from apt

I copied some new images to a set of floppies and installed the base system to my ThinkPad (seven floppies) and all goes well until I have to choose how to install the rest of the system. The FTP option is gone, and I can only use it with APT and this is not good, because I cannot get to my CDROM
