problem 'lost of interrupt'

I have a msi motherboard with via kt133 and via686b chipset. I have a lots of problem when trying to rip music from the dvdrom and the cdrom, the computer says 'lost of interrupt'. I try other programs, other distributions, nothing change. What do you think about this? please, is there some one k
