Hello, I've got a flatrate DSL connection, and a machine configured as gateway. The gateway is supposed to keep the connection open 24/7, using pppd's 'persist' option. However, the automatic reconnection works only about twice a week. Usually pppd dies, forcing me to log into the gateway and rest
