Upon updating my Debian unstable system, apt-get seems to hang when
upgrading the Netbase package to netbase 4.11. When I do a ps, I see
entries such as:
/usr/bin/perl -w /usr/share/debconf/frontend /var/lib/dpk
Since updating to frozen, modprobel will not recognize my rtl8139.o NIC
module. I can insmod them manually, but I cannot modprobe them, even though
I give the correct path. The path is in the /etc/modutils/paths files and I
have ran update-modules.
During boot the module is not found.
