Did you recompile your iptables too???
Check if exist the file /lib/iptables/libipt_ipp2p.so.

-m ipp2p --ipp2p -j DROP") it prints
iptables: match `ipp2p' v (I'm v1.3.3).
and "iptables -L prints" empty chains. Does anyone have some experience
