Hi, I have been trying to compile the codebase for "bcast 2000", a multimedia application on my debian box. Under /usr/src/linux/include/linux (kernel 2.2.17), there is a file named "cdrom.h" that has many DVD_* definitions. But under /usr/include/linux, the cdrom.h does not have these definitio
