The server seems to be functional again, although not fully up to date
yet; debian/dists/sid/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz has a timestamp of
June 21, 16:36.

Check your /etc/apt/sources.list
Make sure it says potato and not frozen - there is no frozen any more cos
potato is now stable, and slink is now officially old.
