There are different cpu's according to the release date.
Mostls it is ATOM CPU N-450, but others use N-230 as well.
All are running 1,666 GHz (except the very ealy ones, EEEPC 901, which is

1001HA ? For no apparent reason, NFS mounts become catatonic
and processes using them end up in state D.

Looking for input/feedback. I just bought a refurbished Asus eee pc 900A 4
GB SSD netbook (Linux model, not XP). Have yet to receive it, but it comes
with Xandros according to the specs. I'd really like to put Debian Lenny
stable on it instead, and have looked at the wiki here
experience with the Eee PC 701. It has its share of warts
(relatively slow startup, no fan control without additional packages,
and some limitions on controlling CPU scaling) but it seems
fully-functional.
The 701 seemed like a bit of a toy with Xandros installed. With
