Just use xscreensaver. It occupies all displays on the X server you run it
on... in fact, you can't make it NOT do that. :)

This may be a dumb question but I have been unable to find any hints on
how to configure a screen saver or screen savers to run on two monitors.
First, I am not using Xinerama and I have only been able to get a screen
